GLORIA'S  IN PERSON NYC CLASSES RESUME in FALL!

Tuesdays and Wednesdays as above.

For more info and to join a class, email me: gloria.mclean@earthlink.net

My teaching is based on principles of human movement, kinesiology, alignment, and ideokinesis. Breath. Sensory awareness. Form & feeling and the flow between them. Grounded in the technique of movement visionary Erick Hawkins with whom I had the privilege to work for 16 years, and enriched through my study and performance with so many others.

“Dancing is a form that includes many forms all at once--technique, time/musicality, space/visual art, self/other, environment. We start with the body and the unique person and explore from there.“

Lifedance can take place anywhere.
